WatchAlexandre Farto aka Vhils is a portuguese street artist. He manipulates a variety of surfaces to create his extraordinary vision. From brick facade of buildings to peeling off layered flyposters, he reveals images that explore the sub-cultures and dynamism. What I love about his work is how he works on decay making some of the images look grungy and dirty but brilliant at the same time.

Today I had to pitch my Moss Bank project to the clients who are working on the awca project. Their aim, to revamp the park and put it back where it should be. After Rob’s talk the other day about registering as a self employed person, dealing with tax and national insurance, it was all a bit confusing but at the same time it’s a need to know, as this is something I am going to have to deal with very soon. The fact that Rob has made me more aware of this area can only be for the good.
